Shipping policy

*NOTE* Shopify doesn't yet have the configuration for bulk order shipping rates. So, any orders over $132 (or over 9 LBS) will require larger boxes (and/or) multiple boxes to fulfill orders. We will contact you, the customer if more funds are needed to cover your bulk shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. Our hope is that shopify will soon develop something that will streamline this! 

We always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please note, orders may take up to 7 business days (not including weekends or Holidays), and an additional 2-5 days for the carrier to deliver. 

We currently use USPS to ship all of our orders from our manufacturing shop. Should you have an issue with order delivery, please contact us and we will look into the order delay and try to resolve the issue.
